About Us
Hello and welcome to our web page! We are a new and active committee, who with the help and support of parents raise much needed funds for our school.
The funds we raise go towards providing may different things for the children to enjoy. Some examples of these are the Pirate Ship in the playground, the Trim Trail, new waterproof clothing for the children to use while outside, funds to further develop the school’s Forest School area and money to buy new CD audio books.
Our meetings usually take place once a month, in the evening and are held at the school. They are very relaxed and informal and are a good opportunity to air new ideas. Everyone is welcome.
Events
We are involved in many events throughout the school year, such as Coffee mornings, sponsored events, school fairs (Christmas and Spring), Bonfire & Fireworks display (done jointly with the Junior School), non-uniform days and even interrupting Santa’s busy schedule at Christmas to pay our school a visit! These are our main events but we are always on the look out for new and interesting ideas, so any suggestions are always welcome.
Below is our events diary for the Spring/Summer Term. Like all events parental support is vital, so if you feel you can spare some time to help in any way, please leave your contact details with Karen in the school office and one of us will be in touch. Or alternatively, come along to one of our meetings and see what we are all about!
