What a busy half term it has been here. Not only have we been busy learning, but we have also had our grown ups visit us in school twice and went on a trip!
At the end of the term, we went to see Dinosaur Live in Birmingham to help us get ready for our topic next half-term. It was very exciting getting on a coach and going to see the dinosaurs! There were parts that were funny and parts that were a little bit scary, but overall, we had a brilliant time!
We first had our parents in to celebrate Mother's Day. We did a lovely floral craft with them and enjoyed having them in our classroom.
We then welcomed our grown ups in again to celebrate our Easter Bonnet Parade! We enjoyed eating a hot cross bun with them and showing off our hats!
We also had some special visitors from the local cricket club. We really enjoyed learning about how to play.
In Maths, we have been doing measuring and capacity!
We spent our Science lessons in Forest School this half term. We looked for minibeasts and built our own bug hotels!
